Taipei City Government

The first "LEAN Management Results Observation Conference" has been hosted by the City Government to demonstrate implementation of the LEAN management. The keynote speeches, excellent case studies, poster exhibition and vote were used to show the results and allow other agencies to explore and learn. The Department of Civil Servant Development also integrated several of E-Services including the online registration, presentation download, online questionnaire and voting for posters to show the concept of E-Service.
 
More than 700 people participated the Observation Conference, participants included from the City Government officials to and more than 100 officials from other department and agencies, such as the Ministry of Health and Welfare, Ministry of Economic Affairs, Council of Agriculture, Atomic Energy Council, Keelung City, New Taipei City, Taoyuan City, Hsinchu County, Changhua County, Chiayi City, Tainan City and Yilan County.
