Yang-Ming extension scouting mobilized various special bikes enjoying biking joyfulness with Living Strong Association
The Yang-Ming extension scouting which set up in 2012, first move to outside expanding special bike riding experiencing activity. With the help of Taipei City Council Member Chen Li Hui and Living Strong Association, Yang-Ming extension scouting combined with Nangang and Songshan committee of China Youth Corps, leading 42 severe and profound disabled persons experiencing bike riding to relax body and mind, build up strong constitution, and carry out energy conservation with the help of total 105 volunteers. Taipei City Council Member Chen Li Hui experience special bike riding with disabled person.
