On March 13, 2017, The Government of Taipei City held the “Public Housing Policy Forum II” in The Regent Hotel, Taipei. Both Department of Social Welfare and Department of Urban Development presented “classification” rental refund policy of private housing market, and invite all people from the open public to discuss policy formulation of rental subsidies for citizen's needs. Hoped for all young people, young families, and economically disadvantaged groups to have “right of living ”, ”right of renting ”and “right of settling easily” in Taipei.
