Unfortunately the suggestion box is only for jobseekers and recruitment purposes, applicant response letters or applications for unemployment benefit payments should be directed to the service counter in person; this includes youth employment project, workplace learning and adaptation, grants for hiring certain groups, employment screening, unemployment compensation to specific groups, job training and on-going assistance during employment period.
