During the procedures of mediation, can the employer dismiss of harm the worker in any other way?
According to Article 8 of the Act for Settlement of Labor-Management Disputes, an employer MAY NOT suspend or shut down the business, terminate the labor contract, or undertake any other activities unfavorable to employees due to a labor-management dispute.
