From October 1st to October 10th, there are small national flags and decorative tattoos available at all of Taipei Visitor Information Centers. As long as citizens and tourists join Taipei City Hall on LINE or leave national day greetings to Republic of China at the centers, they can get the small national flags and decorative tattoos for free.
