What can I do if I disagree with the administrative disciplinary action and would like to petition?
If you’re punished by the Department of Environmental Protection, Taipei City Government:
File a petition and send the original draft to us (address: 7F., No.1, Shihfu Rd., Sinyi District, Taipei City 110204, Taiwan (R.O.C.).) within 30 days of receiving the ticket. Send a copy to the Department of Legal Affairs, Taipei City Government at the same time at: 8F., No.1, Shihfu Rd., Sinyi District, Taipei City 110204, Taiwan (R.O.C.).
