For security reasons, each TaipeiPASS account allows up to three login failures before being disabled for 15 minutes. We suggest that you take advantage of the “Forgot Password” function and have the system dispatch a verification message to you, providing you with the option of changing your password. * Reminder: you will be unable to change your password through the “Forgot Password” function when your account is temporarily disabled.
