Residents can apply by submitting the application form for withdrawal of a roadside parking space, pictures of the site, and copies of the construction license and construction plan. If there is a sidewalk in front of the entrance/exit of the garage, the applicant should first apply to the New Construction Office of the Public Works Department, Taipei City Government, for construction of a ramp. After this construction is completed, and the completion certificate has been issued, an application can be made for withdrawal of a roadside parking space.
