In the event of questionable fare metering, excess fare collecting, behavioral problems of driver, or driver making lengthy detours, passengers shall write down number on the license plate, time and location of transaction dispute, and notify the following agencies. If verified to be true, the agencies will impose due penalties in keeping with regulations stipulated in the Weights and Measures Act, the Highway Act, or articles in the Act Governing the Punishment of Violation of Road traffic Regulations.
