When receiving the payment notice issued by management personnel who was patroling the parking lot, a disabled person should personally bring the parking identity (or with the special disabled vehicle license plate) of the disabled, disability handbook（disability identifications）, vehicle license (all these documents must belong to the same person) and drive the car stated in the vehicle license to a 24-hour public pay parking lot or an attendant at a roadside parking lot within the time limit specified in the payment notice. The payment notice will be canceled and free parking approved if the documents are confirmed as correct by the fee collection personnel.
