How do I acquire an adjudication from the counter?
(1) If you come to the counter in person:
Please bring your original ID Card.
(2) If another person comes on your behalf:
He or she must bring the following documents:
‧ Original ID Card of the person named in the adjudication.
‧ Original ID Card of the person authorized with the power of attorney.
