For individual application cases, if the applicant withdraws your application before  one day prior to the meeting，the fee is refundable.The original applicant should specify the reasons for the withdrawal and present them to Taipei City Traffic Adjudication Office Accident Cause Determination Division (Address: 4 Roosevelt Road, Zhongzheng District, Taipei City, 100046 Section 92, 7th Floor, fax number: 02-23642794)。
