How do I withdraw my report application and obtain a refund?
The original applicant should specify the reasons for the withdrawal and present them to Fault Determination Section, Traffic Adjudication Office. The fee is non-refundable, except for fees paid erroneously or when the evidence is inadequate to determine the cause of the accident as decided by Taipei City Traffic Accident Fault Determination Committee.
