When will the City complete the installation of buzzers at traffic intersections for visually impaired travelers? Where can I look up information on road sections that have been installed with the buzzers?
The installation of “audible signals” is administered in locations recommended by the visually impaired community and interest groups representing the visually impaired. The signals are not installed at all intersections. Thus far, the signals have been set up at 112 intersections, based on suggestions by the City’s social welfare groups representing the visually impaired.
