What is the reason that the yellow lines on different road sections are assigned various “No Parking” hours? What are the criteria?
1. If no particular signs are installed, parking is prohibited on yellow-lined road sections from 7:00am – 8:00 pm daily (including holidays). 2. Considering the unique traffic conditions of all road sections, roadside constructions and land use, available parking hours would be specified on signs – providing that such parking arrangement would not cause traffic problems, while ensuring traffic safety.
