The traffic restriction is enforce on Yangde Boulevard whenever there are two or more consecutive days off, as on weekends and/or national holidays. The uphill traffic restrictions on Yangde Boulevard begin at the foot of Fuxing Bridge, and are enforce from 8:00am to 3:00pm. The downhill traffic restriction begins at the intersection of Yangming Road Section 1 and Alley 43 (the intersection just before the Teachers In-Service Education Center bus stop), and is enforce from 2:00pm to 6:00pm.
The restriction affects only private automobiles without passes. Buses (including tour buses), taxis, trucks, and vehicles with handicapped permits are not subject to the traffic restriction.
