How do I apply for a "Taipei City Lifelong Learning Passport"?
You follow the same procedure as applying for a passport for the first time. You need to fill out an "Taipei City Lifelong Learning Passport Application Form" and bring it to the Main Library or one of its branches, along with valid identification such as ID card or driver license that has ID card number on it, one 1" or 2" photograph, and NT$100.
