All Taipei City government agencies and non-profit organizations are eligible to apply. Applicants should fill out a "Taipei Lifelong Learning Passport Co-sponsor Application Form" and a "Taipei Lifelong Learning Passport Co-sponsor Background Information Form." Attached should be an introduction of yourself, a description of your major achievements in recent years and a document issued by the supervisory authority approving your establishment (if not a government agency); visit or send the above to the Reference Services Section of the Main Library (3F, No. 125, Section 2, Jianguo South Road, Taipei City 106) to apply.
