All R.O.C. nationals over the age of 20 or locally registered foundations, associations, government agencies, schools, or groups may apply. Applications should be for events related to the performing arts. Applications for the screening of commercial movies or hosting of gatherings, ceremonies, lectures and other similar activities not related to the performing arts will not be accepted.
