The TCG DOF announces 11 places of city-owned real estate, including the 10th floor, No. 29, Yili Street, Beitou District, Taipei City on 14th of January 2025, and the bid opening is scheduled at 10am on 11th of February 2025.


DOF states that the 11 places of city-owned real estate being auctioned are located in Beitou District, Zhongshan District, Xinyi District, Daan District, and Shilin District. Among them, the one in Beitou District is near the Shihpai MRT Station; those in Zhongshan District are respectively near the Xingtian Temple MRT Station and Zhongxiao Xinsheng Station; the asset in Xinyi District is near the Songshan MRT Station; the asset in Daan District is near the Technology Building MRT Station and its surrounding commercial area; the asset in Shilin District is near Lanya Park and the DaYe Mitsukoshi Department Store. These 11 city-owned properties are all participated in the urban renewal return. The transportation conditions and living amenities are excellent. The regional environmental development also holds great potential. The minimum bidding price is starting from NTD 29,760,000.


The deadline for bid submission is at 5 pm on 10th of February 2025, interested bidders can contact the person responsible to schedule an appointment before 10th of February 2025. If people are unable to visit the properties in person due to busy work schedules or other factors, they can also use the online 3D virtual tour service, which DOF supplys. From now on, interested bidders can request for bidding documents free of charge from administrative services office of DOF (8th Central Area, No. 1, City Hall Road, Taipei City) (only one serving per person) or inquire and download on the website, welcome interested and eligible individuals, domestic corporations (including companies) to actively participate in the bidding process. DOF also reminds bidders that it has not entrusted any private real estate agents to handle the auction process.
