TRTC Unveils Free Xue Jie and A-Ru Sticker – Available for Download Now

* To provide the public with more everyday life information, the Taipei Metro Line account has officially been activated, and Taipei Rapid Transit Corporation (TRTC) also unveiled the Xue Jie and A-Ru sticker for passengers to download free of charge. From now until August 31, 2019, simply add the Taipei Metro Line account to download the stickers for free and receive Taipei Metro-related information in the future. Inspired by MRT’s loyal traveler Xue Jie (Huang Ching-yin) and the adorable beagle A-Ru, the set of 8 stickers is valid for 180 days. If you are a fan of Xue Jie and A-Ru, this is something you will not want to miss.

The correct method to download the free stickers is to first download the Go! Taipei Metro app, launch the app and click on the top banner. After logging in, simply add the Taipei Metro Line account to begin downloading. Alternatively, you can search for official Line account “Taipei Metro” and add as a friend to obtain the following download link (https://ws.metro.taipei/Line/missioninfo.aspx?type=sticker).

TRTC would like to thank Xue Jie for assisting with the photoshoot and designing the stickers. A total of 8 photos have been meticulously selected as the material for designing the free stickers by combining trendy catchphrases, people, events, or objects, appealing to the younger, hip audience. Besides popular phrases such as Let’s Go, Like, and +1, Thank You represents the masterpiece of the set of stickers.

Xue Jie and A-Ru free stickers are the first set of stickers produced using the images of Xue Jie (Huang Ching-yin) - who is a loyal supporter of MRT - and the loyal, protective, friendly, and caring illustrated beagle A-Ru to portray the user-friendliness and convenience of MRT.

Taipei’s mass transit system has forged an intimate, inseparable bond with the passengers. With the Taipei Metro Line account officially activated, the purpose is to strengthen real-time communication with the passengers and provide them with diverse information on everyday life-related services. In the future, we will also offer passengers a variety of useful information pertaining to the MRT.
