To protect pedestrians’safety, the pedestrian phase interval of the traffic light at the intersection of “Lane 154, Section 2, Xinglong Road and Xianyan Road” Wenshan District, Taipei City will be adjusted from April 30, 2018. It will be changed from 07:00am - 08:00am, 12:00pm-12:30pm, and 4:00pm-5:00pm during school hours to the setup in weekdays 07:00am - 08:00am, 12:00pm-1:00pm, and 4:00pm-10:00pm.
Considering the road safety of pedestrians at the junction of “Lane 154, Section 2, Xinglong Road and Xianyan Road,” and Xingde Elementary School, Xinglong Elementary School and Xinglong Park in the neighborhood, Taipei City Traffic Engineering Office (abbreviated as TEO in the following) will adjust the pedestrian phase interval into the setup in “weekdays 07:00am - 08:00am, 12:00pm-1:00pm, and 4:00pm-10:00pm”.
TEO would like to remind pedestrians and drivers to watch the green light (the little green person) of the traffic light carefully when they arrive at the junction and pass by according to the signs of the traffic light. When it is red light, pedestrians and drivers should remain patient and follow the instruction of the traffic light. Please do trespass to ensure road safety at the junction.
