TCG completing signing the contract of “The Creation of Superficies for Land No.70 Lixing Section, Linkou Dist., New Taipei City ”
On December 27, 2018, the Taipei City Government officially signed the contract of “The Creation of Superficies for Land, No.70 Lixing Section, Linkou Dist., New Taipei City” with a special purpose vehicle(SPV), Jinyushen Co. Ltd., due to the winning bidder, the How Yu Construction Co. Ltd. offered a royalty price of about NT$ 546 million. The land is located at the corner of Sec. 2, Wenhua 1st Rd. and Siwei Rd., with an area of about 30,985 m2 and specific industry zoning. The SPV can design and build by itself on a permit, such as office buildings, department stores, retail malls. It's aimed at integrating commercial activities with Mitsui Outlet Park, Shine Square, Carrefour, and Global Mall. It expects to invest in NT$2.5 billion and create 560 jobs to develop a brand new era of local commerce. The Department of Finance expressed.
