Taipei City Government

The volunteer team of the Department was established in 2017, there were only 9 members at the beginning, after a year of operation, the team has reached a sizable 48 members. The volunteer team participated the 2018 Taipei City Voluntary Service Usage Performance Competition in Social Welfare and General Section in August and demonstrated their performance during the initial and second evaluation and listed in the Top Ten Excellence Position. The Department provided a variety of voluntary service aspects, through using the companion method to develop and teach the volunteers. The excellent performance was recognized by the judges, and awarded the Department the Excellence Position.
