Is it permissible to start a fire or release lanterns on a field?
I. According to proclamation No. 10131889300 on Mar. 16, 2011, setting fire on a field, releasing lanterns and other activities easily causing fire are forbidden in Taipei City. II. Violators will be fined no more than 3000 NTD according to Fire Services Act No.41.
