What should you do if failing to meet the standards of Hot Spring Test?
1. Without acquiring the Hot Spring Standard Test Report, the certificate of providing hot spring will not be issued to you. Therefore Hot Spring Act and relevant rules are not applied to you. You may apply for the right of providing regular water according to Water Resource Act and relevant rules, instead of claiming your water to be Hot Spring.
2. If you are already a Hot Spring Provider and acquired Hot Spring Water Right, the competent authorities should repeal the relevant permissions given to you.
