a. Installment Payments: If you owe more than NT$ 5000 dollars, you may go to the NHI office to apply for Installment Payment with your ID card, personal seal, and first installment. b. Relief Loan You can apply for qualification ideatification of financial problem in your household register’s district office . After district office’s first verifying , you have to bring documents to Bureau of National Health Insurance to have second verify . When the verification is approves , installment payment will be started after one year.
