1. Remove the descender from the box. 2. Open the hook connector. 3. Hook it on the anchor. 4. Put on the safety harness under your armpits, and fasten the ring fastener in front of your chest. 5. Pull the two ropes below the adjuster tightly. 6. Climb out of the window and face the wall. 7. Release your hands and spread out your arms, ensure that your body does not knock against the wall while descending. 8. Remove the safety harness immediately after landing. 9. Pull the rope until it reaches the top for the next person to use.
