Q: I am a foreign laborer. I want to apply for an Easy Card for an elderly person. What papers must I bring for the application?
A: First, the person must be 65 or older, and must have been a Taipei citizen for more than 1 year. He or she must come personally with an original ID card, a personal seal, and three identical two-inch-by-two-inch color photos taken in last three months. Applications for a Goodwill Card or Goodwill Company Card must also be made in person with a Disabled Handbook, personal seal, and three identical two-inch-by-two-inch color photos taken in the last three months.
