How can I distinguish when I receive a "Disaster Alert Cell Broadcast Service message" (CBS or PWS for short) and not a prank SMS?

Currently, there are two types of message delivery services provided by mobile broadband operators: general short message service (SMS) and cellular broadcast service (CBS). When the mobile phone receives the disaster prevention warning message at the first time, it will make a special sound and vibration (according to user settings), but there is no such reminder method when receiving a general SMS. The mischievous text messages are delivered as general text messages, which can be clearly identified by each user.
