What if I left something behind after attending a performance at the Family Theater?

The Lost and Found process at the Family Theater is as follows: 

1. The date and session of the performance, description of the item, location that it was found/lost, and the name of the finder are entered into the register. 

2. Members of the public can inquire about lost property at the Theater’s service counter, or call 1999 during office hours (if calling from other cities/counties, please dial 02-2720-8889) then extension 3350 ~ 3352 to speak to the Family Theater. 

3. To pick up lost property, please call in advance to confirm and show your personal identification at pickup. If the person making the pickup is not the owner and it is valuable item, the person making the pickup should show their personal identification and go through the lost property collection process.
