The applicant should file a written application form with planning and design drawings which including the construction license, applied location map, applied area chart, pavement material and collage pattern, pavement detail drawing, street furniture setup diagram, traffic flow planning, drainage facility planning, C.C. box drawing, etc., when applying for adoption for public sidewalks to New Construction Office.
