1. According to Article 3 of "Regulations on the Management of Installations of Outdoor Seats at Sidewalks in Taipei City," the scope of application of this Regulation is limited to the public sidewalks and pedestrian areas on the sides of the City's roads. However, the adjacent bases that are residential areas are not within the scope of application.
2. Any catering business holding the company registration or business registration that prepares the sufficient relevant documents and submits an application to the New Construction Office can be issued with the permit after the being reviewed and approved and completing the payment of relevant fees such as usage fee and deposit.
