After the evacuation gate is closed, citizens can move their vehicles away from the river areas from the cross-levee ramps: 

1. On the right bank of the Keelung River, the cross-levee ramp is located near the lower reach of MacArthur Bridge No. 2 (Tiding Boulevard Section 1) in the Rainbow Bridge Riverside Park for citizens to move their vehicles away from the river area after the evacuation gate is closed.

2. On the right bank of the Keelung River, the cross-levee ramp is located near the upper reach of Keelung Evacuation Gate 16 (Jingye 3rd Road) in the Meiti Riverside Park for citizens to move their vehicles away from the river area after the evacuation gate is closed.

3. On the left bank of the Keelung River, the cross-levee ramp is located near the lower reach of Tayou (Keelung 6) Evacuation Gate for citizens to move their vehicles away from the river area after the evacuation gate is closed.

4. After the Guanshan (Keelung 5) Evacuation Gate is closed, the park road between Tayou (Keelung 6) Evacuation Gate and Guanshan (Keelung 5) Evacuation Gate will be opened for citizens to move their vehicles away from the river area after the evacuation gate is closed.

5. Two cross-levee ramps along the Xindian River: Huazhong Riverside Park (Huannan Flyover at the upper reach of Huazhong Bridge) and Guting Riverside Park (Shuiyuan Expressway at the lower reach of Yongfu Bridge) will be opened for citizens to move their vehicles away from the river area after the evacuation gate is closed.
