Upon approval by New Construction Office, ambient landscape facilities such as movable potted plants with height no more than 120cm can be placed, and such facilities can not obstruct pedestrian traffic and with appropriate safety measures. During non-business hours, all such facilities should be moved away to restore the pedestrian space.
