On other hand,you might check by browsing the Chinese website of http://www.sso.taipei.gov.tw, and click on the “Charge by Address” to fill in an address and then click on “Paid or not?” Or dial the phone numbers: 02-25973183, Ext.102, 103, or 105 ,or free Citizen Hot Line, 1999 (02-27208889 for callers outside of Taipei City).
