1. The monthly usage fee within usage times according to regulations calculate by multiplying permitted areas, 1/12 of the announced land values per square meter, and 5% as annual interest.
*For example: Assuming that the announced land values in the current year is NT$76,576 per square meter, the monthly usage fee and deposit of an applicant with applied area of 30m2 and daily business time from 7:00 am to 00:00 am is calculated as follows:
*Monthly usage fee = 30m2 × NT$76,576/m2 × 5% × 1/12 = NT$9,572
*Deposit = NT$9,572 × 2 = NT$19,144
2. The monthly usage fee within usage times according to provisos calculate by multiplying permitted areas, 1/12 of the announced land values per square meter, applied usage time ratio, and 5% as annual interest.
*For example: Assuming that the announced land values in the current year is NT$76,576 per square meter, the monthly usage fee and deposit of an applicant with applied area of 30m2 and daily business time from 12:00 pm to 00:00 am is calculated as follows:
*Monthly usage fee = 30m2 × NT$76,576/m2 × (12hr/17hr) × 5% × 1/12 = NT$6,757
*Deposit = NT$6,757 × 2 = NT$13,514
If the permitted usage time is less than one month, the usage fee should be calculated based on the period of one month.
If the permitted usage time is less than three months, all the usage fee shall be paid in full before used; for those over three months, the usage fee every instalment should be paid in full before the start of each instalment, and regarded three months as one instalment.
