- According to Article 3 of "the Regulations for Management of Open-Air Cafe Installations in Taipei City", the scope of application of this Regulation is limited to the public sidewalks of urban roads or the pedestrian zones in Taipei City. Nevertheless, the adjacent bases that are residential areas are not within the scope of application.
- Any catering business holding the company registration or business registration that prepares the sufficient relevant documents could apply to New Construction Office. The applicant can be issued with the permit which reviewed and approved after paid relevant fees such as usage fee and deposit.
