If the company is applying for GISA regeistering and accepted TPEx's integrative counseling, how long is the counseling period？

TPEx will provide integrative counseling services, including accounting, internal control, marketing, and regulatory. In this way, compamies are able to set up internal control, accounting, and corporate governance systems. Basically, above-mentioned counseling period is six months and should not exceed two years, but for reasons deemed as appropriate by TPEx, the counseling period can be extended.
