What’s the condition of applying for “simple application for permit of hot spring development”?
According to article 5 of Hot Spring Act, the condition of applying for "simple application for permit of hot spring development" is as the followings:
(1)Hot spring proprietor who has developed hot springs before promulgation of the Act
(2)Hot spring less than certain size (no more than 70 CMD)
(3)Without concern about geological disasters (such as active fault, debris-flow-prone streams or severe land subsidence areas)
