For Branch of Foreign Company, what kinds of subsidy that it could apply?

For Branch company, you could only apply:

  1. R&D subsidy.
  2. Branding subsidy.
  3. Innovation incubation and Angel investment subsidy.
  4. Investment incentive,
this will include: New hired employee’s payroll; Annual housing tax & land-value tax; Rental Subsidy for providing for the assets located within the city; Interest payments ; City-owned real estate…etc..
