What is the levying institute for tobacco and alcohol tax?
Tobacco and alcohol tax is responsibly levied by five national tax administrations fo Ministry of Finance. In municipality, there are Taipei and Kaohsiung National Tax Administrations. In Taiwan Province there are North, Central and South National Tax Administrations .
