Come and attend the “2018 Taipei Riverside Festival: Sounds from the Riverside” at Yanping Riverside Park from August 17 through 19.

Revelers at the scene will have a chance to visit the various booths and stalls to find entertainment ranging from interactive games to beer-tasting opportunities!
Falling In Love with Handicrafts Zone

Details: Local communities and organizations offer cultural and creative handicraft products for sale, as well as DIY lessons.

Details: Food trucks and vendors will set up booths at the Riverside Plaza to offer visitors a large selection of drinks and snacks, from refreshing ice tea to freshly-baked pizza to hamburgers and subs. There is also a beer zone for those who prefer alcoholic drinks.
Check-in for Raffle Opportunity
Date: August 17 – 19
Details: Visitors who take a selfie anytime during the festival period with either the Bravo balloon near Evacuation Gate 4 or the ‘Letter in a Bottle’ displayed near Evacuation Gate 5, and upload the photo to their Facebook page (Note: the page setting has to be set to ‘public’) with the hashtag “#2018台北河岸音樂祭” and a sentence for their loved ones, will be eligible for a raffle. The event offers great prizes, including roundtrip tickets for two to Guam. The list of winners will be determined before August 30 and posted on the official activity website.

Interactive Games at Mobile Tourist Information Stalls

Details: Those who successfully challenge and clear the interactive game “Summertime Grand Challenge: Magic Square Tourist Information Cup” at the mobile tourist info stall will receive a free gift!
Designating the month of October as the “New Culture Movement Month,” the Department of Cultural Affairs will organize a series of concerts and exhibitions at Dadaocheng. The “Dadaocheng Photo Studio” will take place on August 18 to kick-off the series of event.

Retro Costume Rental Workshop

Venue: URS44 Dadaocheng Tourist Center
Details: Does the idea of walking around Dadaocheng and wearing a retro suit or Qipao appeal to you? The URS44 Dadaocheng Tourist Center offers free rental of retro costumes, allowing visitors to take pictures of themselves in outfits befitting the nostalgic aura of Dadaocheng when they wander about and explore the neighborhood.
