The annual Calla Lily Festival is here again! Taipei City Government will be holding the 2016 Calla Lily Festival “Aesop’s Fables Part 2” at the Zhuzihu area in Yangmingshan from March 18 through April 17. This year’s event will spotlight Aesop’s Fable once again. Following the positive feedback from visitors after the closing of Part 1 in 2012, this year’s festival once again invites visitors to step into the world of fantasy recreated through landscape design and activities, bringing to life the scenes and characters from the stories.

Whether you are looking for the race between the turtle and the hare, the boy who cried wolf, the competition between the north wind and the sun, or watching the mouse belling the cat, all these scenes are recreated through the farmers’ imagination and their attention to detail, hoping to entertain visitors during the festival.
