What are the qualifications of 119 personnel who provide online guidance? Are there doctors or nurses?
The Emergency Dispatch Center of the Fire Department does not have doctors on duty. Online guidance and hospitalization liaison matters are handled by personnel with nurses’ license and at least 3 years of emergency and critical care (emergency unit, intensive care unit, etc.) experience. If further assistance is required, the staff nurse will contact the clinical instructor for guidance by phone.
