What are the penalties for temporary parking of cars in front of fire hydrants?
According to Article 111, Paragraph 1, Paragraph 2 of the "Road Traffic Safety Regulations": "No temporary parking is allowed within 10 meters of intersections, bus call stops, and within 5 meters of fire hydrants and fire truck entrances and exits." For illegal parking around fire hydrants, in accordance with Article 56, Paragraph 1 of the Road Traffic Management Penalty Regulations, a fine of between NT$600 and NT$1,200 will be imposed.
