When and where are water activities prohibited?

I. The prohibited areas in Taipei City's waterfronts (including national park, park lake, and Taipei City Waterbird Refuge) are Blue Highway and Guandu Nature Reserve. II. Prohibited time of water recreation activities in Taipei City's public waterfronts(except national park, park lake, and Taipei City Waterbird Refuge) is from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. All water recreation activities are prohibited when the Central Weather Bureau issues a typhoon sea or land warning or extremely torrential rain warning covering sea areas of northern and northeast Taiwan. III. The following activities are prohibited in Taipei City's waterfronts: 1. Activities threatening public safety or other people 2. Activities polluting water or destroying natural environment and landscape 3. Activities involving the use of narcotics, restricted or illegal drugs
