Does 119 provide telephone online guidance for cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR)?

When the 119 Emergency Dispatch Center of the Fire Department receives emergency cases of patients with no heartbeat or breathing, about to deliver, with epileptic seizure or encountering foreign body airway obstruction, it will immediately dispatch the medical team and ambulance to the scene, as well as transfer the call to the Fire Department’s staff nurse to give online guidance to the caller to provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and other first aid to the victim.
