Taipei City Government

I. Regulations on water recreation activities in Taipei City's public waterways domain (except national park, park lake, and Taipei City Waterbird Refuge) are defined by the Regulations Governing Water Recreation Activities enacted by the Ministry of Transportation and Communications.

II. Regulations on water recreation activities in park lake areas are based on Statute for Management of Taipei City Parks.

III. Regulations on water recreation activities in Taipei City Waterbird Refuge (public waterways from Zhongxing Bridge, Danshui River to Yongfu Bridge, Xindian River) are based on the Animal Protection Act.
