When purchasing a house and wish to know if there were people who died in it, is it possible to check if there were medical reports when no police report is found?
Medical service technical assistants defined in Article 28 of the Emergency Medical Service Act shall not disclose any information obtained in the course of their duties without valid reasons. In accordance to Article 18 of The Freedom of Government Information Law, a person is restricted from making available to the public or provision of information that invades personal privacy, professional secrets or authors’ publishing right. In order to protect the privacy of the parties concerned, please note that the Fire Department will not provide any information on the medical service cases.
